GV Consulting Model

Consulting Model for Cultivators

Green VIVO leverages on funding from limited partners (LP) and our supply deals with pharmaceutical companies and
healthcare providers, to identify gaps and negotiate agreements on both ends.
1
1

Sourcing

We actively seek potential cultivators to set up operations primarily within Europe and review the viability of their expertise to match demand gaps in the market. We take factors like location, climate and government support into consideration.
2
2

Screening

We perform due diligence checks on prior history of working with us and review their expenses and expertise within the field. Typically, potential farms in our portfolio already have land or access to land at costs which fall within our funding structure.
3
3

Evaluation and Proposal

We take an unconventional approach of crafting a cultivation proposal for potential farms. This ensures all the produce matches the current demand of our supply deals and EU regulatory requirements. We highlight the feasible scale of operations, expected output and margins to potential farms.
4
4

Board Approval and Release of Resources

Our consulting team shares the opportunities and potential risks, and revises the numbers with our investment team. Our investment team reviews the strategic proposal and finalizes the approved investment quantum for potential partners if approval goes through.
5
5

Setup of Operations and Cultivation

Our experts and technicians work with the farm to set up the infrastructure for the farm in preparation to grow the specified strands. We ensure all controlled environments are built to cultivate and harvest in accordance to GACP and GMP regulations.

Ongoing Review and Upgrading of Portfolio Farms

Ongoing conversations are held with over 30 large pharmaceutical companies and 1200 healthcare providers across Europe to develop innovative cannabis solutions and healthcare solutions to patients. Through these conversations, Green VIVO is able to update the capabilities of existing farms in our portfolio and continue satisfying the changing market demands.
